You fund an organization wallet with prepaid credits and spend them as your agent team works — there are no plans or monthly subscriptions. Top up any amount when you need to, and unused credits stay in your wallet.

1 credit = $1 USD of usage
Add any amount to your wallet; credits are deducted as your runs consume platform infrastructure and (in platform-key mode) AI model tokens.

Credits are priced in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in your local currency where supported.
How billing works
Bring your own Anthropic key
Connect your own Anthropic API key per project. You pay Anthropic directly for model tokens; your alexich.ai credits cover only the platform infrastructure that runs your agents.
Use the platform key
Prefer not to manage keys? Use ours. Your credits cover both the AI model tokens and the platform infrastructure, billed against your wallet as agents run.
Per-project choice
Each project chooses its own mode and key, so you can mix bring-your-own and platform billing across an organization.
Transparent usage
Credit consumption is tracked per run and per project, so you can always see where your wallet balance is going.
Common questions
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Credit purchases are one-time top-ups. You are only charged when you choose to add credits.
- What is a credit worth?
- One credit equals one US dollar of platform usage. Each run shows the credits it consumed, so spend is transparent.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Which currencies and taxes apply?
- Paddle handles currency conversion and collects any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location, shown at checkout.
